Update on balloon artists.
Ms. Shelly posted last week details that we are trying something new this year. Instead of setting up, managing and breaking down a festival booth, we have partnered up with other classrooms and hired balloon artists. We had originally requested parents donate $2.00 - $5.00 to cover the costs, but recently learned the cost is greater than we anticipated. Because of this we are aksing each child to donate $5.00 to help cover the cost for our balloon artist portion. Ms. Nancy is going to send home envelopes in your chid's folder today so you can send in cash donation for next week. We are also including a request for each child to donate $1.50 towards the cost of purchasing the 5 bags of tortilla chips from Costco for the Harvest Festival that our class is responsible for.
Ms. Nancy has offerred to accept payment by way of PayPay or Cash App. If you prefer to pay that way instead of sending cash donation, please message me and I will share those payment options with you. You can also email me at email@example.com.
We ask that you please have the donations in to Ms. Ann or Ms. Nancy no later than Tuesday Oct 30th.
